Customer Satisfaction SIG (CSATSIG)

CSat SIG focuses on the delivery of a high level of customer satisfaction by companies providing technology-related products and services. The group is intended for those in customer-facing positions, and presentations will have a technology product/service orientation, but anyone interested in customer satisfaction topics is welcome to attend meetings.
