TechMaine is the community for technology companies, leaders, innovators, professionals and advisors. Facility Services

Members benefit from use of the TechMaine facility. The Board and Conference rooms can be reserved for meetings and include Internet connectivity, white boards, and projector. The Library is available as a (temporary) work area during normal operating hours and includes WiFi, PC, and telephone usage.

• Members receive discounts on room rentals at the TechMaine Technology Center.
• Members have access to the Reference Library as their “remote office" and are welcome to use the work area.
• Members renting the facility for technology presentations can have their programs published on the TechMaine Technology Events Calendar.

Employment Services

Members Only status means fewer companies are searching our resume database, so TechMaine members face less competition when trying to land top candidates. Better qualified candidates, a larger pool of talent and less hiring competition. It all adds up to faster, smarter and more cost-effective candidate searching. Your Employer Profile page can feature details about your company’s mission, benefits, and other highlights to attract job seekers. Education Opportunities

TechMaine offers continuing education in a blended-learning environment of programs designed for technology reliant organizations. TechMaine workshops and conferences have included a wide variety of topics, including business topics such as marketing, financing, public relations, quality assurance and exporting, technical issues such as database developments and networking, Internet and legal and public policy issues.

• TechMaine members receive conference, meeting and workshop discounts (usually 15-25%).

Types of Membership

Industry: Any Maine-based business engaged in the provision of technology products, systems or services. Technology creation or the provision of a technology or service must be the core business of the organization or the business unit;

Associate/Education: Any out-of-state business, or any educational facility or any organization engaged in the provision of professional services to technology companies;

HR/Staffing: Any business engaged in the provision of HR, staffing, recruitment or similar services to technology companies. We offer an attractive exclusive package for Preferred Recruiters.

Membership Dues

Dues cover a period of one year and membership levels are determined by the number of Maine-based technology professionals employed in your business.
