Hello. Yesterday was my first Drupal meeting, which was great. Everyone was great and incredible helpful - if I didn't go, I'd still be spinning my wheels.

My very first Drupal installation began four days ago. I was warned that Drupal had a learning curve. I also thought I could get away without fully reading the Durpal Handbook (RTFH?) - but that really isn't the case. It is a bit quirky, but that is the same with anything new.

I was surprised to see how much forum activity on TechMaine this group has.

My $0.02 on aesthetics is that the links under 'Group Membership' on the block to the right are all gray, and look like they are disabled. However, they are very much active. I had the same problem with the 'Join' link. Likewise, the 'Manager: TechMaine' entry is in black, which turns out to be text, instead of a link. However, this is just a minor quibble.

Nav colors

Good point, on the link colors. Those currently match the main link colors in the left nav, but since the text isn't boldface in the right nav, it does look as if they are "grayed out."

I'll add that note to our list of comments on site UI. We're still working on refinements, so this type of comment is very useful. Thanks!

On the Drupal side of things: This is just regular old CSS, so it's purely a design question.
